Host Your Own Paint Party Consultation!!

This listing is for a 30 minute Paint Party Consultation, and is required to discuss your party needs. The $25 fee will be deducted from your overall cost and go towards design ideas for your canvases/theme. It is non-refundable if you decide not to book me.

Are you looking to host your own paint party, but need an artist to help you make it happen? Look no more. I will offer a guided class for whatever you and your party would like to paint.

You are the Host, and I am your Co-Host for 2 hours of Sipping, Painting, Laughing, and Relaxing!!

The price packages include all supplies: 16”x20” take-home canvases (12”x16” Kids package canvases) use of paint, paintbrushes, palettes, easels, aprons, and 2 hours of me guiding you all through your creations. You can choose the theme for your canvases. They can all be the same image/design or minimum of 4 canvases for 1 design.

PAYMENT POLICY: A payment deposit of 1/2 of your cost is due at the time of your reservation to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event date. I will send you an invoice following our consultation. If you choose not to pay online, you may pay via Cashapp at $Artbyaharper or Venmo @Artbyaharper.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds are not accepted. If you need to cancel your reservation, you will be offered a future Sip & Paint date for your rescheduled event.

TRAVEL POLICY: If your event address is more than 60 miles away from Brandon, MS, you will be charged an additional travel fee depending on your location.

Art by A. Harper LLC reserves the right to change the venue, postpone the class, or cancel a class for unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified in advance and refunds will be issued.
