Ashley’s latest life endeavors lead her to create this butterfly series. She began these paintings thinking as a caterpillar…small and rediscovering life. As she began to feel all the emotions that come with growth and change, she felt that God transformed her into a chrysalis allowing her to metamorphose into a stronger, more resilient person. She began to nurture herself and grow stronger, persevering through all the obstacles of life. She emerged from her chrysalis as a beautiful, peaceful, graceful butterfly, ready to showcase to the world all that she has to offer. She is the strength of a butterfly.
